In 2011, 12-year-old Eric Finman received a thousand dollars for his birthday from grandmother. He bought bitcoins, the rate of which then reached $10-12. By the end of 2013, Eric’s fortune was already estimated at 100 thousand dollars.
He dropped out from studies and founded an online educational platform Botangle. His parents did not support his views, so Eric argued with them that if he earns a million dollars by the age of 18, he will not go to college.
In 2015, having successfully developed Botangle, he sold his startup for 300 bitcoins. And, after two years, he became an 18-year-old millionaire.
